1Gloowen is a partnership with churches, organizations, and individuals to facilitate outreach to Low German (LG) speaking people. Its primary mission is to prepare and coordinate the sending of workers into the spiritual harvest fields among the LG people throughout the world by networking with our partners. 1Gloowen acts as a bridge between the sending body and the mission workers.

Core Values
Christ-Centered: The person and work of Jesus Christ is central tohow we interact with each other and how we lead in the localchurch. Our focus is Jesus Christ and the freedomfound only in Him
Holy Spirit-led: We commit to the leading of the Holy Spirit toilluminate the Word of God and the Son of God to transform thechurch of God. We strive to rely completely upon the Spirit ofGod to call workers to His Harvest (Luke 10:2)
Mission-Focused: We exist to make disciples. Jesus sent the church to make disciples of all nations, which includes the Low German speaking people of the world. The local church is the on-going training center where believers are encouraged and inspired to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ to those who are separated from God
